Purchase procedure

To make an order you have to add the selected products to the shopping cart. Once you are over, fill out the register form. The system offers two ways of payment (Depends on the country):

By Credit card

Once you´ve fill out the register form and choose payment by credit card you´ll see in the screen the order reference and the amount of payment,and then you are asked for the card number and the expired card time. The payment goes on a Security Server through our bank. That means that your credit card number goes encripted through internet, avoiding that third parts know your data.

By banking transference

You must send the total amount of your order to our account number, you must indicate the reference number of your order in the banking transference. Then you must send us your receipt of transference by e-mail info@evangel.es or by fax +34.955.98.18.62 and finally we send the products you ordered.

Shipping-handling costs of your purchase

The shipping costs depend on the type of the shipping (by air or surface mail), the cost of purchase and where it must be send.

Delivery date: 3 days.

FOREIGN SHIPMENTS

You can choose between surface mail (with a maximum delay of 10 days, it depends on the country) or airmail (with a maximum delivery delay of 15 days).

Customs Duties for my parcel.

Only if you live out of the European Union, you must pay the customs duties of your country. These duties must be paid to the Delivery Service Company when they give you the article that you ordered.

How do I know my size?

You can find in our website, in the order section, a size chart. You must measure yourself as shown in the draw and search in the size chart the size that fits you (look up in your right chart).

Order with defects

If your order has any defect you have a 7 days time to claim. Without any aditional spend, we´ll send you the same model once we´ve recived the defective article. Prior we must send you an e-mail with the return authoritation.

You must return it in the original boxing.

Delivery term

The delivery date within Spain, if we have enough stock, is about 48 hours. Canary Islands, Balears Islands a maximum delay of 15 days.

Foreign Shipments will have a maximum delay of 90 days to the furthest points if you choose delivery by surface and 15 days if you choose by airmail.

If we don´t have enough stock we´ll inform to the customer by e-mail about the delivery date.
